Quality Policy Statement

It is the policy of EXCELLENT PLATING WORKS Pty. Ltd. to supply specialised operations of metal finishing to customer, national and international requirements or specifications.

EXCELLENT PLATING WORKS Pty. Ltd. enforces the Total Quality Management philosophy that Quality must be built-in at each step in the production process.

The company is committed to establishing and maintaining an effective Quality Assurance
System planned and developed in conjunction with the other management functions.
Conformance to requirement is to be judged on the basis of objective evidence of quality.

The Quality Assurance System is designed to meet the requirements of Australian Standards
AS/NZS/ISO 9001 : 2000.

It is the responsibility of the managers and supervisors to compile, implement and integrate
these requirements into their regular working methods and to ensure that all such methods are clearly defined and documented.

The assurance of process quality is an integral part of Company managers roles and is accepted by the management team as vital to the long term competitive position in domestic and international markets.
