Barrel Zinc Plating & Trivalent Chromates

Our Trivalent barrel zinc chromate can achieve over 300 hours salt spray performance with no white corrosion. We can offer a range of chromate options with varying densities and colours. Plus additional topcoats and sealers such as torque "N" tension.

De-embrittlement for Zinc Plating

The de-embrittlement process (stress relieve) or heat treatment of the components which is performed after zinc electroplating (which can cause hydrogen embrittlement). The components are processed in an oven at a set temperature for a specified time to relieve the hydrogen & stress in the steel substrate.
